REFUND POLICY (Acne Naturopath)

At Acne Naturopath, we take great care in prescribing and supplying corneotherapy skincare and therapeutic-grade products. Due to the personalised nature of our prescriptions and strict hygiene regulations, the following Refund Policy applies:


1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Deciding you no longer want the product

  • Ordering products not included in your prescription


2. Prescription-Only Products (Prologic)

Prologic skincare is therapeutic, preservative-free, and tailored to your skin prescription.
For safety reasons:

  • All Prologic sales are final.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be granted once an order has been placed.

This policy aligns with Australian hygiene and cosmetic safety regulations.


3. Allergic Reactions

Refunds cannot be issued for allergic reactions unless:

  • All allergies and sensitivities were disclosed before prescribing

  • You used the product exactly as directed

  • The reaction is assessed and confirmed by Acne Naturopath as unexpected

Undisclosed conditions or incorrect use voids eligibility.


4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Photos of packaging and labels

If the item is confirmed faulty, we will:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Offer a refund, depending on stock availability


5. Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once a parcel is marked delivered by the courier, Acne Naturopath is not liable for:

  • Theft

  • Loss

  • Delivery to an incorrectly provided address

We recommend ensuring your delivery location is secure.


6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
